2408Q 12 Lead Segment Mounts

2408Q - See picture. 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" (4cm x 6cm) in 3 vertical columns of 4 positioned near the top of the mount. Interpretation and identification captions on same side. An easy-to-use, standard format for the doctor's office.

2410Q - Identical to 2408Q, except more blank space in interpretation area.

2412Q - Identical to 2408Q, except area on bottom left blank for custom printing.

2414Q - Identical to 2412Q, except adhesive area is centered on page leaving blank area for patient information.

2418Q - Identical to 2408Q, except caption area at top left blank for custom printing.

2420Q - 12 segments, 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" (4cm x 6cm), 3 vertical columns of 4, interpretation on top.

15 Lead Segment Mounts

2421Q 2421Q - See picture. This mount leaves the last row for special leads or rhythm strip. It has 15 lead segments, 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" (4cm x 6cm) in 3 vertical columns of 5 positioned near top of mount. Interpretation and identification captions on same side.

2422Q - Identical to 2421Q, except caption area on bottom left blank for custom printing.

2425Q - Identical to 2421Q, except adhesive is centered on page leaving blank area for patient information.

2441Q 2441Q - See picture. 15 segments positioned near top of mount; lead 1, 11, 111 are 1-1/2" x 5" (4cm x 13cm) in column at left side; other leads are 1-1/2" c 2-1/2" (4cm x 6cm) with R, L, F in column at right side of V1-V6 in 2 rows below other leads, interpretation and identification captions on same side.

2442Q - Identical to 2441Q, except caption area left blank for custom printing.

2428Q - This mount is intended primarily for exercise
2428Q tests or long leads. It has 18 segments, 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" (4cm x 6cm) in 3 vertical columns of 6 without lead symbols.

12 Lead Segment Mounts

2400Q - See picture. A large view for up to four heart beats per segment. With 12 segments, 3-1/2" x 1-5/8" (9cm x 4cm) mounted in 2 vertical volumes of 6. Interpretation and identification caption preprinted on reverse side.

2404Q - Identical to 2400Q, except caption area on back left blank for custom printing.

2431Q - Identical to 2400Q, but reverse side has space for taping 2 rhythm strips.

Combination Mounts

Combination mounts allow you to standardize mounting of 3 channel and single channel ECG/EKG records on the same form. All 5-1/2" x 11" (14cm x 28cm) channel records will fit these mounts as will single channel lead segments.

2388Q- See picture. This mount has 12 segments, 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" (4cm x 6cm) in 4 vertical columns of 3, or one piece 5-1/2" x 11" (14cm x 28cm) record positioned near bottom of mount. Interpretation and identification captions on same side.

2393Q - Identical to 2388Q, except caption area left blank for custom printing.

2396Q - See picture. This mount will accommodate 3 channel recorders only. 7-5/8" x 11" (19cm x 28cm) or 6-7/8" x 11" (17cm x 28cm) in size. These mounts are supplied blank for custom printing.
